From an engineering group to an industrial platform.
The team behind Liman-Tech has been working inside Liman Group since 2009. From 2020–2021 we automated the group's own processes — that internal stack became the prototype for the platform. Since 2021 we've been on the market with predictive diagnostics and process control: heavy industry, metro, marine propulsion, electrical equipment.
In April 2024 we registered the focused subsidiary OOO «Liman-Tech» in Moscow to concentrate on industrial software. Today, Liman-Tech is an official industrial partner of ITMO University, HSE University and Polytech St. Petersburg: joint R&D programmes, graduate theses, on-site test stands.
From group to focused subsidiary.
OOO Liman Group is registered in St. Petersburg on 16.06.2009. Multi-disciplinary engineering group from day one: software, electronics, infrastructure works.
Liman Group rolls out its own IT stack: ERP, planning, document flow, engineering data. This internal infrastructure becomes the prototype for the platform we now sell to industrial customers.
The team takes predictive diagnostics and process control to external customers. Government grant for the development of the «Larus» edge gateway. First industrial pilots on heavy-process assets.
A second grant — from the Russian fund for IT development — funds vibration- and current-signature diagnostics. Pilot deployment on the Moscow Metro fleet.
«LimanISU-Monitor» is added to the official software registry, making the platform eligible for procurement under public-sector law.
On 08.04.2024 the focused subsidiary OOO «Liman-Tech» / LIMANTECH LLC is registered in Moscow — dedicated to industrial software, SaaS and R&D.
Software for automated motor-current-signature analysis (MCSA) is added to the federal software-patent registry.

For contracts and procurement since 2024 — Liman-Tech (Moscow). The parent group in St. Petersburg keeps the production and engineering base.
